Over the past 5 years in North Carolina, Belmont Sayre has managed the planning of more than 2 million square feet of urban, mixed-use investments in economically and environmentally challenged areas. Most recently, the company has directed development in excess of 240,000 square feet of office, retail and residential projects utilizing over $65 million of New Markets Tax Credit allocations and $35 million of federal and state historic tax credits.
