Revitalization of American Tobacco Co. Complex
The redevelopment of Phase II of the American Tobacco Historic District included the design, renovation, and leasing of over 200,000 square feet of historic buildings. The financial commitment was approximately $90 million, with over $45 million being obtained through Historic Tax Credits and New Markets Tax Credits financing.
