Revitalization of Chatham Manufacturing Co. Factory
Belmont Sayre is currently working on the revitalization of an old blanket factory. The vacant former Chatham Manufacturing Co. 6-acre site is off Northwest Boulevard in downtown Winston Salem. One of the buildings, 800 Chatham Road, would be renovated into 170 apartment units and have 250,000 square feet. In the second phase, another building with about 60,000 square feet would be used for commercial space.
